We are always looking for help. When we hold book sales, we need people to lift, sort, organize, and place boxes of books. We need people to help book sale attendees find books and take their payments. After sales, we need people to move boxes and pick up boxes in vehicles to move to storage and donation locations.
In addition to in-person book sales, we also need help with Amazon and eBay book sales. This involves listing books for sale and shipping books to purchasers. Training is available.
As donors donate books, we also need people to help sort and organize books.
In addition, we need help with managing communications, e.g., newsletters, social media, and websites.
We’re always looking for community representation to participate in our eight corporate meetings each year, as well as at the chapter level. Each chapter’s meeting schedule varies. Check out the chapter’s websites.
